UPDATE: Please note that there are three addenda to this set of files. The first is described in the file "Addendum 1" listed below. The second is described in the file "Addendum 2", and all files listed thereafter are part of the second addendum. The third (and current) is described in the file "Addendum 3", and all files listed thereafter are part of the third addendum. This final addendum has been prepared to address an error on the cross section quantities and to clarify the pay item "Stockpile Excess Material". The line item "Stockpile Excess Material" has been changed to "Excess Material Export". Per direction from Addendum 2, excess material must be hauled off of the site.
